We ship all orders, both nationally and internationally. The moment your chosen carrier performs the first scan of the parcel, you will receive an e-mail with the possibility to follow the parcel via Track & Trace. Note: If you order multiple items, the delivery time of the item with the longest delivery time applies. The delivery time may vary per product and can be found on the product page.
Orders under 99 euro (incl. VAT) are subject to a € 6.95 delivery charge. Orders above that amount are shipped free of charge. This arrangement applies internationally.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You have another 14 days to return your product after cancellation. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided the product has already been received in good order.
The 14-day period starts on the day you receive the order. The costs of the return are for your own account. The cost of the return will be deducted from the refund of your order. The rates are as follows:
The best way to return products to us is as follows. We advise you to optimise the processing of your return by using our return form and including it with a copy of your invoice or packing slip.
If you return your product(s) without any accompaniment of invoice, packing slip or return form, we will not be able to process your return nor refund your purchase cost.

You can exchange items by returning them and then immediately placing a new order in our webshop. We advise you to confirm the order immediately, then you can be sure that you will be sent the product you want (before it is sold out) and receive it on time.
and returns will only be accepted if both the item and all its trailers and packaging are in their original condition. Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is well-packaged when you return it. Always send your return well-packed in a shipping box. In the case of shoes, the original shoe box may not be used as a shipping box, it must remain free of stickers, tape and the like. For quick processing, always fill in the return form and enclose it with your return shipment.
Please note: Shoe boxes or other packaging must not be sealed for return shipment. If necessary, use a plastic bag for this purpose. If the packaging is sealed or damaged upon receipt of the return, we will charge you €10 for this.
Please also add the return form or a note with the order number and reason in the box, for ‘more efficient and faster handling’. You must be able to produce the proof of dispatch.
